Exchanges:
Eligible items may be exchanged once within 24 business hours of purchase, provided they remain in original condition and packaging. Subsequent exchanges are not allowed for the same order and no longer qualifies for store credit.
Returns:
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on all products due to the nature of some of them. Also, we do not accept returns on sale items. Final Sale Policy applies to all sales except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Product Accuracy: Detailed product descriptions, including size, color, and dimensions, are provided on our website and Instagram posts. Minor variations in color may occur due to lighting or monitor settings.
Damages/Incorrect Items: Contact us at hello@craftsupplyhq.com or via a phone call within one business day for damaged or incorrect items. Provide relevant details and photos (excluding damaged packaging, as it does not affect the quality of the products inside). Once verified, replacements or wallet credits (if a replacement is unavailable) will be processed within three business days.
Return Process and Conditions:
- The Customer cover return shipping costs.
- Sale, discounted, and clearance items are FINAL sale and non-returnable.
- Previously exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.

Final Sale Policy:
CraftSupplyShop reserves the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges in certain circumstances. This includes situations where the return poses a potential safety risk, violates or abuses our return policy, a change of mind by a customer, involves any fraudulent activity or other reasons. We do not accept exchanges for products that are simply unwanted by the customer due to a change of mind. With the exception of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered by us, all sales are considered final.
