CraftSupplyShop delivers nationwide across Nigeria. We offer doorstep delivery within and outside Lagos State.
All orders are important to us and will be treated as such. We have teamed up with a number of domestic and international logistics companies, including ABC Cargo, DHL International Nigeria Limited and GIG Logistics, to make sure our customers receive their products in pristine condition and timely manner.
Note: We do not offer same day shipping or pick up services, and we do not operate or dispatch orders on weekends or public/national holidays.

The specified time frames are estimates, as deliveries could be earlier and on very rare occasions, later than estimated. We do not have control over delivery time which is why we give a delivery timeline – 11:00am – 7:00pm on Weekdays in Lagos State. In the event that your items are not delivered within the estimated time, please give us a call on 07033725393 or send us an email.
For some* Lagos locations, pricing is based on the weight of the total package and the location the package is being shipped to. Tracking numbers are provided after the package has been processed* by the logistics company.
PICK UP POLICY
CraftSupplyShop offers pickup services in Lagos State – Monday to Friday between 10:00am and 3:00pm. Please note that pickups are subject to availability at the time of placing your order, and we do not offer same-day pickup services. Our current pickup location is in Ejigbo, Lagos State.
Pickup Schedule:
- If you place your order on Monday, your pickup day will be Tuesday.
- If you place your order on Friday, your pickup day will be Monday.
Pickup Grace Period:
You have a minimum of one week and a maximum of 30 days from the initial purchase date to pick up your items. Failure to collect your order within this time frame releases CraftSupplyShop from any liability for damages or lost packages.
Demurrage Fee:
After the 30-day grace period, a daily storage fee of N100 will apply. Items will not be released until the accumulated fee is fully paid.
Discard Policy:
Any items not picked up within three months of the purchase date WILL BE DISCARDED.
CONSOLIDATION
Feel free to place multiple orders, and simply leave a note during checkout instructing us to hold the items for consolidation. In your subsequent orders, choose the ‘store pick up’ to indicate your preference for consolidated shipping. If your consolidated order is bulky or requires additional fees, our team will promptly contact you. Please be aware that once an order has been shipped, no changes, consolidation or cancellations can be made.
INTERSTATE DELIVERIES
Interstate orders are sent to our logistics partners 2 times in a week (TUE/WED & FRI). After your order is processed* and a tracking number is provided, interstate deliveries typically take 3-5/7 business days.
– Tracking numbers/Waybill numbers are provided after packages have been processed* by the logistics company.
– ABC Cargo Express takes 5 to 7 days or more and doesn’t offer home deliveries. View ABC Cargo pickup locations HERE.
– DHL International Nigeria Limited takes 3 business days within Nigeria.
– GIG Logistics takes 3 to 5 business days and offer home deliveries in some locations. It takes 5 to 7 business days during festivities such as Christmas, Easter, Eid, Valentines, etc. Please order early to avoid delays. View GIGL office locations HERE.
Our GIGL Interstate home delivery locations within Nigeria include:

FINAL SHIPPING/PICK UP NOTES
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.
- Pick up location is currently in Ejigbo, Lagos. The pick-up grace period is 30 days from the initial purchase date. We cannot be held liable for any damages or missing packages if you fail to collect your order from the designated address within 30 days.
- Once an item is shipped/dispatched, it cannot be consolidated, changed or canceled.
- CraftSupplyShop is NOT responsible for incorrect contact numbers, delivery addresses or products provided at checkout, after an order has shipped out from our facility.
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable on returns and any failed delivery attempts from the logistics company.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for multiple delivery charges on separate orders or if you decide to “pickup” after completing a purchase. All monies are credited to your wallet for future purchases on the website.
- During festive seasons such as Valentines, Easter, and especially Christmas, delivery times may extend due to the high volume of packages handled by our logistics partners. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to avoid any delays.
- Ensure that you choose the correct and appropriate fee based on your location or address.
- If you select the wrong fee, we will contact you to pay the difference.
- If your order is bulky and incurs additional charges, we will contact you to pay the extra fees if the delivery fee exceeds the initial amount charged on this platform.
- FOR DHL SHIPPING: To prevent extra shipping charges, please refrain from CHANGING your address if you’re unavailable at the address you provided at checkout. Instead, kindly reschedule your delivery when contacted by the DHL dispatch team. Please note that each address change incurs a fee which will be billed to the recipient.
- In the event that you receive your delivery fee details via email for Interstate orders or additional fees are required for large or bulky orders, failure to make the payment on time or in full will result in the non-dispatch of your order. Ensure prompt payment to avoid any delays in the processing of your shipment.
It’s important to note that we do not ship items unless they have been FULLY PAID FOR.
If an order is returned to us (failed delivery attempt), you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee if :-
- You were unreachable by phone.
- The address provided is insufficient or incorrect.
Large Shipments within Lagos – Delivery will be by Uber, Bolt or you can request to have the package picked up.
Large Shipments outside Lagos – Delivery will be treated as a TERMINAL PICK UP (where it applies) even if your location is covered under HOME DELIVERY. All large shipments to other states would ONLY be delivered as Terminal pick up.
***Processed*** – The period between when you place your order and we prepare it for pick up by our partner logistics company. This typically lasts 1 – 2 business days.
***Large shipments*** are items that do not fit into a standard delivery motorcycle box, too bulky, too heavy for a bike to carry or take up all the space of the motorcycle box.
***Terminal pick up*** – An office address where you will be required to pick up your shipment.
