Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. For eligible items, we allow exchanges within 24 business hours from the day of purchase, provided the item is received in its original pristine condition and packaging.
It is important to note that an exchange can only be made once for a particular order; once we have done an exchange on one order, the order will be deemed satisfactory and closed. Same order cannot be exchanged more than once and no longer qualifies for store credit or a refund.
Returns:
Due to the nature of some of the products we carry in our store, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on all products. Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items. CraftSupplyShop has implemented Total Quality Management procedures to ensure that customers purchase products exactly as displayed and that goods are delivered in pristine, undamaged condition. We take pride in ensuring that our esteemed customers receive exactly what they have chosen to purchase through any of our available retail mediums.
- Product Accuracy and Descriptions: To assist you in making informed decisions, we provide comprehensive descriptions and detailed information such as size, color, dimensions, and more, which can be found alongside our products. These details are clearly and visibly stated in the additional information section of the product listing or in the Instagram captions of our posts. We strongly advise thoroughly checking these details before making a purchase.
- To provide a more authentic shopping experience, we take live photos of some of our products, ensuring that the overall quality and appearance are accurately depicted. Please note that while we strive to provide accurate representations of our products, variations in product color may occur due to photographic lighting sources or differences in monitor settings.
- Total Quality Management and Damages: CraftSupplyShop has implemented stringent Total Quality Management procedures to ensure that the goods we deliver are in great shape and free from any damages or defects. However, we would like to highlight that once the items leave our premises and are in transit, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during the delivery process.
Damages/Incorrect Items:
Damaged or mistaken deliveries are eligible for return and replacement. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, kindly contact us at hello@craftsupplyhq.com or via a phone call within one business day of purchase. For damaged items, please provide relevant details and accompanying photos of the damaged items (excluding damaged packaging, as it does not affect the quality of the products inside). We will review and arrange for the return of the item(s) once verified and approved.
If the returned item(s) is available, a new order will be processed and delivered to you. If an item is unavailable or out of stock, excess funds will be credited to your wallet within 3 business days for future purchases.
Final Sale Policy:
CraftSupplyShop reserves the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges in certain circumstances. This includes situations where the return poses a potential safety risk, violates or abuses our return policy, a change of mind by a customer, involves any fraudulent activity or other reasons. We do not accept exchanges for products that are simply unwanted by the customer due to a change of mind. With the exception of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered by us, all sales are considered final. We encourage you to be confident in your purchase by thoroughly reviewing product descriptions, details, and any other relevant information before proceeding with your order on our website or any other channels we operate.
Return Process and Conditions:
In the event that a return is necessary, please note the following conditions:
- The customer is fully responsible for the delivery cost of items being returned to our store.
- Items that have been previously returned and exchanged cannot be exchanged a second time.
- All sale, discounted, and clearance items are final and cannot be returned for store credit.
