At CraftSupplyShop, full refunds are not offered. 

A 10% administrative charge applies to eligible item returns where a customer insists on a refund. Paystack processing fees are non-refundable. Alternatively, the total amount, exclusive of Paystack processing fees, can be credited to your wallet for future use.

Additionally,

1. If an order has been placed and processed but is yet to be dispatched and you would like to cancel after you have paid on the website, a refund shall be made LESS Paystack transaction fees and a 10% ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE.
2. If it has been dispatched before cancellation, there will be no refunds on the delivery fees in addition to the paystack fees and 10% administrative charge.

Finally, we do not offer refunds for products that are simply unwanted by the customer due to a change of mind neither do we offer refunds on multiple delivery fee payments. All excess monies will be credited to the customer wallet, exclusive of Paystack processing fees.
